Bill Stephens was an avid outdoorsman who thrived in nature and treasured his time in the waters of the Little Pigeon River by fishing for trout. He also gave fly fishing lessons to his friends and family sharing his amazing talent in the timeless beauty of the Smokies. Though Bill is not with us anymore, I know his spirit is still enjoying the timeless beauty and peace portrayed in 'Bill's Heaven'.
